50 mile radius rule applies from Louisville, KY
12 hr dayshift 7a-7p or nightshift 7p-7a available
13 weeks
2 years recent Neuro/PCU experience
Must have ACLS, BLS and NIHSS
Must be able to work Christmas Eve and Christmas
