Accountable Healthcare Staffing has partnered with the DAISY Foundation™ to recognize clinicians for the extraordinary skillful, compassionate care they provide patients and families. The DAISY Award is an international recognition program that honors and celebrates the skillful, compassionate care nurses provide every day. We are proud to present Jereme Fauble with the DAISY Award recognizing extraordinary nurses.
Jereme has been working as an ER RN for the past 11 years and has continued to provide spectacular care, compassion, patience and understanding to all staff and patients he encounters. Jereme joined the Accountable family back in October 2019, his dedicated recruiter Cat Pirolo has been by his side since day one and continues to place him on travel assignments within the Pacific Northwest.
As a child, Jereme was in a 4-wheeler accident that resulted in a pin needing to be placed in his hip and a rod in his femur. Even though this happened when he was young, he still remembers the compassionate care he received from the ER, to surgery, to med-surg and outpatient treatment. That experience and memory is what drove him to provide continued compassion and care to all of his patients and staff members for the past 28 years, first as a tech and now as a Registered Nurse.
Jereme’s work ethic is amazing, he has continued to stay unfazed and collected throughout every curveball that this pandemic has thrown at him. He provides a calm and capable presence to all staff that works with him, as well as being sincere and understanding to all the needs of his patients. He has become a staple of comfort and wisdom to multiple facilities he has worked at, a lot of the staff refer to him more as a friend and family member rather than a coworker. Jereme brings such uplifting, positive energy to every shift. Not only is Jereme an amazing Nurse, but he is also a phenomenal human being, and we are fortunate for the relationship that has been built over the past few years.
I would rather be liked for the person I am, than loved for being a person I am not
Jereme Fauble, RN.
The DAISY Foundation was established by the family of J. Patrick Barnes after he died from complications of the auto-immune disease ITP in 1999. During his hospitalization, Patrick’s family deeply appreciated the care and compassion shown not only to Patrick but to all of them as well. When he passed, they felt compelled to say “thank you” to nurses in a very public way.
