Ingredients:
- 32 oz chicken stock
- 2 cans (14.5 oz each) of fire-roasted diced tomatoes
- 24 oz diced green chiles (adjust to your spice preference)
- ½ cup diced onions (or dehydrated equivalent)
- 1 heaping tablespoon diced garlic (or powder equivalent)
- 2-3 teaspoons salt
- 4 tablespoons basil
- 2 tablespoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1-2 lbs of chicken
- 2-3 diced potatoes
Combine all these excellent ingredients in your crock pot. Cook for 6 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. Add the diced potatoes during the last 1-2 hours of cooking. Serve your Green Chile Chicken Stew with warm, buttered tortillas for a meal that’s sure to impress. Enjoy!
